01. Order cancellations

 

If the order has a longer delivery time than you had previously seen, it is of course possible to cancel (a part of) the order. For this you can contact our customer service. They will cancel the order for you. The purchase amount will be back on your bank account within two to five working days. When an order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

 

02. Shipping

 

Processing time will take 1-3 business days. 

Shipping will take 2-5 business days depending on delivery location and what delivery option is chosen.

 

03. Returns, exchanges and refunds

Damages and issues
 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If failed to contact oilarious@gmail.com within 24 hours of reception, you will no longer be able to receive a replacement. 

 

Refunds
 

We have a NO REFUND policy. If an item is received defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, let us know and we will evaluate the issue and make it right. If the item is misplaced or stolen, we will do our best to help but unfortunately that is not our issue and would recommend contacting the delivery carrier. For future reference, it is beneficial to keep tabs on when your package will be delivered to ensure you receive it.
